ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

NOTICE is given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of One Voice Chorus Society will be held on:

Monday November 9, 2026

8:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Dear One Voice Chorus Society (OVC) Members.

Calgary Unitarians, 2nd half of rehearsaL

We warmly invite all OVC members in good standing to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Calgary Unitarians on Monday, November 9, during the second half of rehearsal.

Please note that voting is open to members who are in good standing at the time of the AGM.

WHAT “GOOD STANDING” MEANS

You are considered a member in good standing if you have paid all membership dues required under the payment option you selected at registration through November 9, 2026, and have no other outstanding amounts owing to One Voice Chorus Society. This requirement applies to all members, including non-singing members and members on leave.

To be eligible to vote at the AGM, please ensure that you have paid the following amount by November 9, 2026, based on your chosen payment plan: $300 for the one-payment option; $150 for the two-payment option; or $60 for the ten-payment option, covering the $30 September and $30 October instalments.

PROXY

If you’re unable to attend the meeting, you’re welcome to appoint another member in good standing to vote on your behalf by completing a proxy form.

Please email your completed proxy form by 5:00 p.m. MST on Sunday, November 8, 2026,  Please send it to generalmanager@onevoicechorus.ca.

No Member may hold more than one proxy.
